Refund & Return Policy — Linen Tea Towels

If your tea towel arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs so I can resolve it quickly for you.

Due to hygiene and handling standards, returns are not accepted for change of mind, but I’m happy to replace or refund any item that arrives with a defect or printing issue.

If approved, you may choose:
