Our fine art prints are produced using archival-quality Lustre Pro photo paper. Lustre pro paper is slightly glossy with a subtle, pearl-like texture ensuring exceptional colour, clarity, and longevity. Framed works are set in handcrafted Australian timber frames and finished with shatter-resistant, UV-protective acrylic glazing, offering lasting protection while remaining lightweight and suitable for safe wall display. Each framed print is professionally assembled and arrives ready to hang. Unframed A4 fine art prints are presented with an A4 backing board and protected in a high-quality clear sleeve, allowing you the flexibility to frame the piece in your own style. Custom sizing and framing is available for both framed and unframed prints; please reach out to discuss options tailored to your space.

Shipping Information — Fine Art Prints

Framed prints are securely packaged for safe delivery, using corner protection, cushioning, and rigid boxing to prevent impact or surface damage. Orders are generally dispatched within 8–14 business days, as each frame is made to order. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability. Tracking is provided once shipped.

Refund & Return Policy — Fine Art Prints

Each framed print is produced to order and quality-checked prior to dispatch. For this reason, returns are not accepted for change of mind, sizing decisions, or aesthetic preference.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

If approved, you will be offered:

• A replacement print at no additional cost or

• A refund for the affected item(s)
