Refund & Return Policy — Greeting Cards
Due to the nature of paper goods returns are not available for greeting cards unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. I personally quality-check every card before it leaves the studio, but if your order arrives bent, creased, marked, or damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If approved, you will be offered one of the following:
• A replacement item at no extra cost or A refund for the affected item(s)
